Southwest Retail Construction was hired by the Tempe franchisee to deliver a turnkey second-generation tenant improvement — partial demolition of the prior tenant's build-out followed by a complete new TI.
This was the first of two Reset studios SRC has delivered — a second Mesa location followed in 2025.
