Southwest Retail Construction was hired by the Mesa franchisee to deliver a turnkey build-out of a new Reset studio in a first-generation vanilla shell.
Scope included specialized MEP coordination for cold plunges, infrared sauna loads, and other contrast-therapy equipment.
