Southwest Retail Construction was hired by center ownership to install a storefront package on a vacant commercial shell at Northside — preparing the unit for incoming tenants in advance of lease negotiations.

Scope covered storefront glazing and signage infrastructure, sequenced to minimize disruption to adjacent operating tenants.
