Project
Northside is a roughly 20-acre mixed-use expansion of San Tan Village in Gilbert — office, hospitality, and retail organized around interior courtyards, designed by Aline Architecture Concepts. Project details at madewithaline.com/northside.
Southwest Retail Construction was contracted to install storefront systems on three suites spanning two shells at Northside — preparing the units for incoming tenants ahead of lease negotiations.
Scope was the Arcadia thermal-broken storefront system — framing, glazing, and doors.
