Southwest Retail Construction was hired by the Tempe franchisee to deliver a turnkey second-generation tenant improvement — full demolition of the prior tenant's build-out followed by a complete new TI.

Scope included new partitions, HVAC ducting, electrical, plumbing, tile, interior and exterior storefront, specialty flooring, and lighting tuned for the brand's signature ambient class environment.
