Southwest Retail Construction was hired by the Chandler franchisee to deliver a turnkey second-generation tenant improvement — full demolition of the prior tenant's build-out followed by a complete new TI.

This was the second FS8 studio SRC delivered for the franchise group; lessons from the Tempe location were applied to compress schedule.
