Southwest Retail Construction was hired by the Gilbert franchisee to deliver a turnkey first-generation tenant improvement — converting a vanilla shell into a complete studio. Scope includes the signature dance floor, specialty lighting, sound-isolated MEP, and full finish work.
The project is currently in execution, on schedule toward the franchisee's planned opening.
