Southwest Retail Construction was hired by the F45 operator to execute a weekend refresh of an operating studio — flooring replacement, ceiling and wall repair, and a full repaint.
The work was scheduled and staged so the studio could continue serving members throughout, with zero closed-for-renovation days.
